MacGIVR Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of MacGIVR as an operator workflow for company support calls, saved company records, and session handling.

Effective April 24, 2026

Use of the Service

MacGIVR is provided for managing support interactions with companies you choose to contact. You may use it only for lawful account-support purposes and only with information you are permitted to use.

You are responsible for reviewing company details, issue descriptions, callback numbers, and any secure values before you submit them through the product.

Account and Workspace Rules

You must maintain the security of your login credentials and any downstream company credentials or identifiers you store through MacGIVR. You may not use the product to impersonate another person, bypass account restrictions, or submit false support information.

MacGIVR may suspend or limit access when use appears unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms or the product safety controls.

Operational Limits

MacGIVR automates call placement, menu navigation, and session handling, but it does not guarantee that a company will answer, authenticate the request, or resolve the issue. Company systems, phone trees, and policies can change without notice.

You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether to continue, retry, or stop using the service for a given company or issue.

Changes

MacGIVR may update these terms, the authorization notice, or the privacy notice. When the current agreement bundle changes, new company writes and new session starts require a fresh acceptance before you continue.
