MacGIVR Privacy Notice

This notice describes the account, company, and session information MacGIVR stores now, how it uses that information to operate the product, and where your training preference is managed.

Effective April 24, 2026

Information We Store

MacGIVR stores your account profile details, including name, email, and callback phone when available. It stores company records you create or update, including support phone numbers, notes, login identity hints, and other operator context.

If you choose to store a company account identifier or support PIN, MacGIVR writes those values through server-side secure storage. Those secure values are not exposed in dashboard list views or session event streams.

How We Use It

MacGIVR uses stored information to place support calls, navigate menus, provide issue context, and reconnect you when a live agent is available. It also stores session records such as call state, event logs, and transcripts that are generated while the workflow runs.

MacGIVR may use service providers that help operate authentication, database storage, and call infrastructure in order to deliver the product.

Training Preference

Your product-improvement training preference is stored separately from legal acceptance in your profile settings. Changing that preference does not revoke the authorization, terms, or privacy acceptance required to create new company records or start new sessions.

Security and Retention

MacGIVR applies server-side controls around secure company values and stores operational records needed to support the product, investigate issues, and maintain an audit trail of agreement acceptance and revocation events.

You should remove or stop updating data you no longer want MacGIVR to use, and you may revoke MacGIVR authorization at any time from settings to block future company writes and new session starts until you accept again.
