Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of MacGIVR, an AI-assisted support session platform operated by Servicemob, Inc. By using MacGIVR you agree to these terms. Effective: May 2026.
Engineering draft: not approved legal text. Legal review required before public release. Arbitration and governing-law sections are stubs with no legal effect.
Acceptable Use
- MacGIVR is a support-session automation tool. You may only use it to contact companies for legitimate account support purposes on accounts you own or are authorized to act on.
- Prohibited uses include: automated bulk calling (robocalling), harassment of company representatives, impersonation of another person or account holder, circumvention of company security controls, any use that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or equivalent law in your jurisdiction.
- You may not use MacGIVR to conduct market research, competitive intelligence, or any activity outside of genuine personal account support.
Prohibited Content
- You must not input issue descriptions, account data, or company records that contain: false or fabricated identity information, content designed to defraud a company or its agents, personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent, or content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
- Call recordings and transcripts generated by your sessions must not be redistributed, published, or used to train competing AI systems without explicit written consent from Servicemob.
Account Suspension Policy
- Servicemob reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) your use violates these terms or applicable law; (b) your sessions trigger carrier spam or abuse signals; (c) you attempt to circumvent product safety controls; or (d) your account is associated with fraudulent activity.
- Following suspension you may request a review by emailing privacy@servicemob.com. Servicemob will respond within 10 business days. Servicemob's decision on reinstatement is final.
Limitation of Liability
- MacGIVR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Servicemob does not warrant that support sessions will result in successful resolution of your issue, that companies will respond or authenticate calls, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Servicemob's total liability for any claim arising from your use of MacGIVR is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
- Servicemob is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [PLACEHOLDER — replace with reviewed governing-law clause from counsel before public release.]
Arbitration

- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of MacGIVR will be subject to binding individual arbitration, not class proceedings, in accordance with terms to be finalized by counsel.
Changes to These Terms
- Servicemob may update these terms at any time. When terms change, continued use of MacGIVR after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Material changes will be surfaced in-product at next sign-in.
